The Canadian Institute of Hydrocarbon Measurement operates the Canadian School of Hydrocarbon Measurement and is a self-supporting, non-profit organization that is incorporated in the Province of Alberta. Exhibitor Registration - GP 2023

Please Note: Due to the large degree of interest in CsHm has limited exhibitor booths to 1 booth per company. Registration will open May 4, 2023 at 12PM Cut off date for exhibit space registration is October 6, 2023 Click Here for Site Plan

Exhibitor Fee $1195.00 As an exhibitor you will receive:

• • an 8 X 10 booth with an 8ft skirted table + 2 chairs
• • 2 Exhibitor Passes
• • 2 tickets to the CsHm Mixer
• • Additional Passes must be obtained by registering as an Attendee.
• • 1 CsHm Workbook will be supplied to each exhibitor booth
• • Power requirements must be arranged with Western Event Rentals (see online forms)
• • The exhibitor hall will be open to participants from 7:15 am – 3:30pm.
• • No side panels are allowed on booths – it obstructs the view of other booths.

Set-up must be Wednesday, Oct 25, 2023. Late arrivals are disallowed. If you are shipping anything back, please make arrangements for pickup at the Entrec Centre for the end of day or early the next morning. Everything must be clearly labelled and ready to go.
